- If the lamp panel becomes dirty or has fingerprints, you can fog it by breathing on it, then gently wipe with a soft cloth or eyeglass cloth
- Installation tutorial: After receiving the product, remove the protective film from the lamp panel. Insert the panel into the slot of the lamp base firmly, pushing it down until it's securely in place. Connect to a power source and turn on the night light
We will send you a preview of your artwork to through messages or email. Please check over your print and make sure everything is correct and to your liking. You can make changes if you wish. If you haven't approved your print after our attempts to contact you we will send out your order, but we are unable to make any changes after it has been printed and dispatched.

Please stick to the shipping timeline we offer at checkout as the final 'expected' delivery timeline. This is usually up to 2 weeks for most orders. We sometimes also offer a queue jump option.
All orders generally take 2-5 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods. Transit time vary by country (listed below).
Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this understandably will extend your production time.
We also send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship! ( Important: Not all custom products need to be confirmed by the customers before printing and shipping out.）
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.
NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Please Note:
• We occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.
• We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we do not hear from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order.
